5 Axis CNC Milling (w Blurb & Photos)
Rapid and accurate CNC enlargement of your sculpture, mascot, 3D foam display prop, architectural models or patterns is critical to saving time and money. We can reproduce your work in a fraction of the time it would take to build it. We can use your 3D digital model, or we can scan or create your model for you. Enlarged foam models and patterns can be covered with a hard coat of urethane or epoxy, making them incredibly strong for display use, or can be rough cut to provide a sculptor with an armature from which the sculptor will apply a thin layer of clay.

Reductions / Enlargements (w Blurb & Photos)
With our state of the art laser scanning equipment, high detail scans are converted to code. Foam enlargements are then carved on our CNC router. Digital enlargements are a very efficient and extremely precise way of enlarging your model to its full commissioned size. These foam forms are then covered in a thin coating of oil-based clay. The sculptor then finishes the final detail, and we resume the work with the traditional lost wax casting process. We can also use this technology to reduce a sculpture in size and create a 3D print in several different materials and sizes. These printed pieces can then be molded or finished as-is.
